Education intelligence for better decisions
Scholanet's Government Analytics architecture is designed as a governed, aggregated intelligence layer for government, NGOs and development partners — not an operational management system and not a backdoor into private records. NGOs and development partners do not automatically receive private student records; access is aggregated, authorised and privacy-preserving.
Education Planning
Enrollment trends, attendance, teachers and infrastructure.
Geographic Analysis
Maps and location-based patterns for planning.
Equity & Inclusion
Special-needs and access indicators where appropriately governed.
Scholarships
Programme and opportunity intelligence.
Resources
Education resource visibility and planning.
Forecasting
Trends and scenario-oriented planning support.
Policy Analysis
Aggregated evidence to inform institutional decisions.
Reporting
Governed dashboards, reports and exports.
NGO & Development Partner Intelligence
Programme targeting, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-based intervention planning on an aggregated, authorised basis.
Government Analytics is not a backdoor into the Scholanet database.
Individual student, parent, teacher and business records are not automatically exposed. The architecture requires authorised datasets, aggregation, governance and controlled access before information reaches institutional dashboards.
Institutional collaboration
Scholanet should describe itself as designed for institutional collaboration unless a specific government partnership or endorsement has been formally established. The public site must never imply government endorsement without documentary evidence.
